ElectroTape - Low Voltage Power Supply

This project is about challenging paradigms. Domestic power supply is made in one way and are very seldom questioned. We have more and more electrical low voltage products and this creates opportunities for a more flexible system than todays built in system. I also wanted to investigate in if electricity could be a decorative element in the interior.

ElectroTape is a flexible, safe and smart system for domestic power supply. This low voltage system has a central transformer and is a buildable system, which can be installed after the building, room and interior are finished. The tape can be very simple, straight and transparent... or a decorative element on the walls.

Created in 2006.
