Mäta - Textile Pattern

This pattern was made during a one week workshop. The task was to design a textile pattern, define the report and screen print on a fabric.

The pattern should be inspired from an ordinary everyday object, randomly chosen. I got a measuring kit...

The pattern I created not only tempt us to measure anything and everything, like in our childhood, but also have a function when cutting and purchasing. Intended for pillows, cushions, sofas and bedclothes.

Created during a one week workshop in 2005.
